Job Summary:

Netrush is looking for someone to bring our partner brands to life across our digital shelf. We want a Creative Content Manager who is excited about producing the full-funnel of creative assets that shape how shoppers discover, evaluate, and choose our partners’ products. This role will span the consumer lifecycle from awareness, transaction, and retention, across a multitude of marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok Shop.

You’ll get to sit at the intersection of design, ecommerce performance, and compliance, leading our teams to understand what “great” looks like in each marketplace. Working directly with our Brandrunners, you’ll translate brand strategy and program priorities from briefs and transform them into conversion-focused creative specific to each brand.

This role serves to strengthen program execution through high-quality, repeatable creative production—using AI-assisted workflows where they create real efficiency—so that Brandrunners can move from brief to live asset quickly and every partner catalog is represented with clarity and consistency, while continuously feeding performance insights back to Brandrunners to optimize future creative strategy.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Produces marketplace-ready creative across the Modern Commerce Playbook
Designs full-funnel creative spanning Awareness, Transaction, and Retention, including Amazon A+ Content (Basic, Premium, and Brand Story), Brand Store pages and tiles, social/creator assets, generative engine optimization (GEO) visual content, and performance media graphics (Sponsored Brands, Posts, and promotional assets) ready for publishing across partner catalogs.

Executes from Brandrunner briefs
Translates briefs into finished creative that reflects each brand’s positioning and program priorities, clarifies requirements and open questions up front, and manages feedback and revision rounds to on-time approval

Safeguards marketplace compliance
Applies Amazon content policies and category requirements to every asset, with particular rigor for consumables and VMS, including avoiding disease or unsubstantiated claims, prohibited imagery and language, unsupported badges or certifications, and time-sensitive or promotional content; flags claims that require substantiation or review before publishing

Adapts creative across marketplaces
Extends each brand’s visual system across Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok Shop, accounting for the specifications, module formats, content policies, and shopper behavior of each marketplace, with a mobile-first approach to layout and legibility

Supports top-of-funnel discovery and answer engines
Develops creative with a strong point of view on driving awareness through social/creator integration, paid media, and answer engine optimization (GEO), structuring visual content and messaging hierarchy so brands are easily discoverable and recommended across emerging AI search and recommendation channels.

Maintains brand fidelity across partner catalogs
Works within each partner’s brand guidelines while applying marketplace best practices, and builds reusable templates, modules, and asset libraries that keep creative consistent across large and growing catalogs

Leverages AI to scale production
Uses AI-assisted tools for resizing, background and scene generation, variations, and localization where they create real efficiency, while applying judgment to ensure products are accurately represented and outputs meet marketplace policy and brand standards

Runs an organized production pipeline
Tracks requests, priorities, deadlines, and versions across multiple brands at once, maintains clean file organization and naming conventions, and ensures smooth handoff of final assets for upload and publishing

Drives creative optimization and feedback loops
Maintains accountability for creative performance metrics, including conversion rate, CTR/engagement, and AOV lift—by conducting structured A/B testing and synthesizing performance insights back to Brandrunners to continuously refine creative briefs and campaign strategies.
